

















Cancellation before shipment
If in case the order or the item(s) needs to be cancelled, you can write to our Customer Support team on email (support@orangesomething.com) or WhatsApp(+917428493977), quoting your order ID and request to cancel the order. Also, you may refuse the delivery of the whole order at your doorstep itself and if it is no more desired.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be processed successfully within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.
In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed to any payment mode of your choosing. It may take us 24 business hours to credit back the amount.
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
OrangeSomething offers its customers a ’No Questions Asked Return Policy’, wherein you can raise a return/replacement request of a product within 2 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns (not at doorstep) wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

All skin, hair care, and bath and body products can be returned, as long as they are unused and/or seal is intact. For hygiene reasons, all Personal Products (eg: lipsticks, nail paints, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned. However, we will fully refund/replace your unused product if you do not receive the expected quality/wrong/damaged items. If you receive an incorrect product/ the color does not match your expectations, please do not use or swatch the product on your hand or otherwise.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement or cancellation and refund.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 days of receiving the order:

Yes. Any free gift, apart from the Melody, is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. Also, the feasibility of returning partial order at the of delivery is not available as of now.
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the request once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. In case of a refund, the refund will be processed to any payment mode of your choice. It may take us 24 business hours to credit back the amount.
